Hello, I'm taking the liberty of contacting you because I'm looking for an office to rent from the start of the 2025 school year, ideally from 1 September 2025. I'm an occupational therapist specialising in paediatrics, and I'm currently training in art therapy. I would like to have a space available for a maximum of 2.5 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons) to see children for occupational therapy and art therapy. I'm currently working as an employee, but I'm planning to start a complementary self-employed activity from the end of August. If my application is successful, I'll use the end of the school year and the summer holidays to promote my activity and organise the first follow-up sessions. If you think this is a possibility, could you let me know what times you're available, and if there are any rental arrangements?
